You've tried different formula's, you've tried medication, you've seen multiple specialists and they have all said there is no issue or nothing more can be done.
You've been told it's "just reflux" or "just colic" but it doesn't feel like nothing
Your baby is clicking, gulping, dribbling or struggling to latch — and no one has explained why
You've been told there's a tongue tie or told there isn't and you still don't understand what that actually means for your baby
Every feed feels like a battle — and you're exhausted and second guessing everything
You want to understand what's happening inside your baby's body, so you can actually help
These are the signs that point to oral function being at the root of what you're baby is experiencing and you are noticing something that just doesn't seem right.
Oral restrictions are incredibly common and incredibly under addressed.
Often dismissed as nothing, but these can indicate a tongue restriction.
When the mouth can't maintain a strong consistent seal, milk escapes, and so does your baby's feed.
Your baby is communicating discomfort. This isn't fussiness, it's feedback from their body.
Feeding with a restriction is hard work.
Many babies tire before they've taken enough milk.
A shallow, restricted latch affects Mum as much as baby, and yet so few are told WHY it is happening.
Air intake from a poor latch is a huge contributing factor to many issues babies can experience.

Clicking or gulping sounds during feeds
Often dismissed as nothing, but it can indicate an oral restriction affecting how your baby creates a seal.

Dribbling milk or losing their latch
When the mouth can't maintain a strong, consistent seal, milk escapes and so does the feed.

Arching, pulling off or refusing to feed
Your baby is communicating discomfort or an issue. This isn't fussiness, it's feedback from their body.

I'm Emma - an Infant Reflux Specialist, Craniosacral Therapist, and the mum who is sat where you are sitting now.
My son Toby had reflux. I know what it is to dread every feed, to feel dismissed by professionals, to spend weeks trying everything and getting nowhere.
That experience is why I trained in reflux, in oral function, craniosacral therapy, and why I've since supported over 200 families in finding real answers.
I built this toolkit because the information inside is what I needed when Toby was a baby, and what most mums never get given. It's not complex. It's not overwhelming. It's just clear, practical, and honest, from someone who genuinely cares and has been in your shoes.
